The beauty and frustration of…….

I am in a unique space in my business. In the 12 years of running my coaching practice, I am in a creative spaciousness. I’m getting some beautiful insights of what I want to do next and am spending some time letting it come through.

I am deeply trusting my next without a lot of evidence. My creative rhythms have always been this way, I believe what I’m understanding is my self trust has grown so beautifully that I am not rushing ANY next steps.

Reality check, my humaness and mind are trying to make sense of this season with less business on the books than I have ever had. Especially at a time when my writing, my guesting on podcasts & networking has been so on point. There is this small voice wondering what I have done wrong. And at the same time intuitively knowing I’m doing everything right but in a new way for me.

I am hearing from MANY of my colleagues are experiencing this as well. This is what is happening in the in between that is supporting me. I hope this conversation is supportive to you as well.

I am having regular conversations with my coach. She can see and assure me of what’s here when I get a little shaky. I’m also dropping into my own energy and every time I think about what’s next I get giddy. This is perplexing, yes, but also so fun.

I hired a therapist to navigate challenging family relationships. There is so much beauty in being supported and be in truth concerning my own and others behavior. I keep growing in my understanding of how to protect my heart while also be loving towards others.

I am living in a both/and that is more powerful than any other time in my life. I’m making moves in my personal life that are supporting me in ways that I didn’t dream were available to me. I will be able to share the full story soon but I am standing in my personal power in a clean and beautiful way.

You know what else is supporting me? Awe. Yes I’m staying in awe of the life I have built that supports this next evolution of my business. I stepped out of a difficult & lonely marriage, supporting my family in all the ways I could and AT THE SAME time went 1000% for what I wanted personally.

I co-created a beautiful & healthy relationship with my now husband, Eric. This was such a surprise in my life plan. Turns out having this supportive relationship has helped me to be more authentic, creative and bold in my business. And I have the life i always wanted full of concerts, social gatherings with both of our friends and some very fun road trips. Never did I ever think this was in the cards for me as a single over 60 year old. It’s never too late.

This isn’t about me, my goal is encouragement. If you are in a season that doesn’t look like you thought, the both/and is always possible. Building and Creating while navigating an exit. Creating something new while letting go of something behind.

I’m giving myself a new permission to create podcast, meditations, blogs and anything else that comes to mind without a destination in mind. I can’t wait to see what is formulating that will be clear in its own time.

Cheering you on,

Diana
