A Trust Recession……what?
No better time to lean in to your future goals right now….
I was on a call with consultants, coaches and advisors in the exit space and a colleague called it what it feels like right now. She says we are in a Trust Recession, and boy did that land.
As human beings have access to more information than we could ever assimilate, overwhelm is evident. What I think is lost as well is an ability to discern what is true or what is in alignment with our values.
So…….what do we do? How do we keep operating by integrating the best expertise in our businesses and decide what is best as leaders moving forward?
I believe it comes from developing a deeper self trust. One where you make decisions through the lens of your values, understand what you know you need right now and leaning into the vision that YOU want for your future. This is the nuance of taking action and setting intentions and goals that are uniquely yours.
The beautiful bonus as you created deeper self trust, you become solid ground for your clients and customers. It’s a beautiful magnet for growth.
I have created a space where you can set aside some time to do this for yourself. I have decided to continue hosting my Pivot Workshops less often but increasing the time of the workshop to 2 hours so you can be clear and complete with the next steps you need to take. I can’t think of a better time to host this than this fall.
