Hey my go-first, leadership and generally bad-ass community,
There will always be push back, especially when you are making your next big move. It doesn’t mean stop or even slow down. Our boldness can be activating for others.
We need to remember that sometimes we can serve as a mirror for others. And even loved ones and friends can project their insecurities on us when we do something different, bold or new.
Cheering you on and reminding you that big growth and big healing can create a lot of emotion. They aren’t too big if you can be present with them and allow them to move. Many times the big emotions of fear that get triggered are just asking to be released not heeded.
If you find that when you give yourself permission to dream bigger it brings a lot of resistance. Nothing has gone wrong. The resistance can be our old identity needing to be thanked and released. As we walk into this holiday season, so much can come up for us. I want to remind you to remember who you are in the quiet moments.
Please don’t stop the big work you’re doing. And I”m here to support you if you’re feeling disoriented in the big growth you’re up to.
Cheering you on,
Diana
