Dreams do come true (even the ones you hadn’t thought of)

I'm living the wildest dream of a life. If anyone had told me that I would buy my first house, get remarried this year, have a 6 figure revenue year, gain 2 coaching certifications, and be off to visit Turkey and Armenia I would NOT have believed you.

And I know that this was not luck that created this powerful year. It was honoring my desire for the type of life I wanted as I became single again. It was designing a business that served powerful and gave me room to be restored. It was leaving the patterns of being a good girl and holding it all together. As my husband affectionately says often, “Good Girl is Gone!"

I’m still beautifully independent but living in a supportive relationship. I’m still super ambitious but leaning into body work practices. I’m listening to my body’s signals in the ever interesting phase of getting older and realized weight lifting is a non-negotiable now.

I have learned in the last few weeks that yes, I do love to write but I love gathering with you more. So as I cast off on my trip, I’ve refreshed the dates for my calendar for 2 beautiful group experiences.
