The format will be the same in each session. I offer different times of the week and month to honor your calendar. I will facilitate a collaborative conversation, creating a safe space to offer coaching and insight as we discuss questions like this:
How do i mange the mental disruptions and overwhelm that change brings?
What do i do with all those distracting and anxious convos in my head?
Is it just me? (NOPE!)
What does it look like to stay on track with your vision/goals NO MATTER WHAT?
What can you celebrate and build on, right now?
