The most grounded person in the room

I have a gift for you. I’m sharing a guided meditation.

One of the most impactful practices for me in the past 3 years or so has been leaning into guided meditation. I have a very busy brain (undiagnosed ADD?) and quiet meditation felt nice but guided meditations felt cleansing and always provided deeper insight for me

When we drop into our subconscious, through a deeper guided meditation, we have more access to wisdom, insight and our groundedness. This is the space where we see our ways of thinking that are getting in our way and can release them more quickly.

For now, just see how this hits. Give yourself the opportunity to get clear and grounded. I can’t think of a time we need this more.
