I’ve been thinking about personal development and how transformational experiences are ‘sold’ to us and we are so misinformed. There is a dirty secret of transformation and growth. Big growth sucks, oh not just sometimes, every single time. So when leaders are making big moves it becomes disorienting to have unexpected emotions.
