The focus of this accelerator:
Our relationship with our business. ?Too often we see our business and ourselves as one unit.? As we process our individual thinking around how we see ourselves as a CEO/business owner and leader,? you will have insight on how to step in more powerfully as a leader of your business.
Next, we?ll spend some time planning our next 90 days. ?With guidance and coaching we?re going to step into believing fully that the results we want are possible and reverse engineer what we need to do to create that result.? We will be on screen for a bit and then work for blocks of time individually to create our plan.? When you get stuck or have questions I will be on hand during the entire time to support you.
Small tweaks in our thinking and a very good awareness of what some of our own common ?mind blocks? are is all we need to create a new momentum in our business.? This is what I?m creating for you in this coaching and retreat experience.

Full Experience:??
Welcome Call on August 4th in a lunchtime Zoom Call.? We?ll get to know one another and set some intentions during this call.? This is where I will learn more about each of your businesses so I can design the retreat around your needs.
Full Day?Accelerator?Experience on August 14th. This day will not be a Zoom drain day.? :)? I?ve designed the day to be fully available for your questions and coaching and to get your assignment and work offline when you need to.? The group experience will be much like our Zone of Genius Calls you experienced this Spring.
Follow Up Call? So often after an accelerator I just get back to work and forget to apply new concepts and plans that ?I meant to apply?. Remember our brain loves routine.? Therefore, I?m providing a 2 hour Follow Up workshop call that will be all coaching and Q & A on August 28th.? This will give you some time to apply what you learned, see what worked what didn?t and get additional support on moving forward.
