Lunch And Learn
How to Stay Lean and Fit When You’re Working Really Hard & Long Hours
Join Diana Murphy for a unique opportunity to learn the secrets she has been teaching her executive clients. During this luncheon workshop, Diana will help you to simplify all things around wellness, taking into account the natural stress that accompanies a successful career.
In this luncheon, you will learn a tool that will help you to keep in cadence with your appetite. When we eat in this way and slow down around our meals, you can expect to lose excess weight if needed, have more energy and recharge from your busy day.
Next, Diana will provide a tool to help you to manage stress. Many of our unhealthy patterns of overeating and drinking come from experiencing so much stress. Learn how to manage your mind around your stress triggers and feel less stress in your day.
To close our time together, Diana will offer an entirely new way to become motivated in your life. This includes the motivation needed to make business calls, get projects done at work, get to your workout, eating well, & handling difficult situations. By applying a resilient mindset, all of us begin to see results that we were afraid to dream of.
Offered at 2 locations for YOUR convenience:

Until my conversation with Diana and my subsequent insights, starting my own business was a ‘nice idea for someday,’ maybe. Now, I’ve taken steps to start my own coaching business for women leaders of nonprofit organizations. I am refining my programming, and I intend to launch by the end of the year. That was NOWHERE near ready to happen until Diana asked me the question, “What would be possible?”

I attended Diana’s workshop at Industrious on January 31, 2018, and found it to be extremely valuable. While some coaches tend to get ‘boxed into’ a single area of focus, either lifestyle (health & wellness) or business, Diana does a masterful job of bridging the gap between the two, demonstrating how one (lifestyle) directly impacts the other (business). I also enjoyed how her approach, while systematic, is structured in a way that can be adopted to each individual’s needs. What works for some might not work for others, but Diana’s approach is flexible enough that it could work for everyone.
