When we are in the process of taking care of ourselves by losing weight, it’s so important to listen to our body’s signals.
So often, when weight loss is the goal, we ignore ourselves when our body tells us it is hungry. ?We tell it no, we put it off, until……..we can’t take it any more and we eat. ?And most of the time overeat.
What in the world are we doing? ?What is the conversation going on in your head? ?What is the thinking that’s at play for you:
“You need to save up for dinner.”
“You’ll lose more weight if you stay hungry most of the day.”
“You can’t be hungry, you just had breakfast (i.e. slice of dry toast) a couple of hours ago.”
“You have too much work to do, wait until you have a break.”
What happens for you?when you put off a meal, and ignore those hunger signals. ?This is what happened to me……
I’ll have fries, and a shake and a super size drink with that!!! ?Hey, don’t judge me I?ordered the fruit!!!!
