But I spent a week resisting it all!
I’ve been all in my head & feeling so distracted all week. And even though I put a sweat date on my calendar, I kept saying no.
I kept resisting.
Resistance is a big fat clue and if I ignore it, it only gets bigger and it blocks my creativity, makes my head fuzzy and I have a hard time getting my ‘move the needle’ work done.
Resistance grows when we ignore it. (UGH!!!)
But as I put on my damn workout pants last night and got my butt on my bike. “Fine I’ll get on the damn bike!” That workout was such a gift. I chose my favorite instructor, I chose my favorite type of music and honored my deeper desire to MOVE. It cleared my head, my emotions, and that nagging resistance right out.
Resistance invites us to stay in resistance.
But when I stepped into what I KNEW I needed, it solved all of it.
It’s so much easier to write to you this am, I know I’m ready for my strategy call with my coach today. I feel centered and less distracted. SO MUCH BETTER.
Don’t ignore your clues.
Look what you’re resisting in the eye and do it anyway. Like Nike!
Honoring what we truly need is our power.
