Our brains need a break. Have you established a schedule, a routine where your brain gets some time off?
What are you craving to do? That is how you give your brain a break, answer that craving.
I got stuck in the overworking pattern in the past couple of weeks and kept putting off things I love to do.
- I found that planning some sweaty workouts is THE best break ever and thank you Peloton Live for having some great energy.
- I finally got some flowers, I think I went a little overboard :).
- I joined (reluctantly at first) my husband in clearing out our basement and digging through old photos, etc. and it FEELS so good. Found some amazing memories.
What has your brain been saying that convinced you to (over) work?
Question that thought. When we give our brains a rest it does it?s job and solves problems, creates more and helps us to calm down. Try it!!
