We ask ourselves questions all the time. These are common ones I hear when I speak to potential clients for the first time.
- Why can?t I lose weight?
- What is wrong with me?
- What diet will fix my weight problem?
- Will I fail this time?
- Will this coaching work for me?
When we ask ourselves dead end questions like above we get what we ask for, literally. Our thoughts will create our results. So if you keep asking, ?What is wrong with me?? Your brain will find evidence for what is wrong with you. Do you see it?
- What are the common questions you ask yourself each day?
- What are your answers?
What if you asked yourself better questions?
Try a few of these on for size!!!
- How can I make this fun?
- What do I really want?
- What result do I want to create?
- What can I learn from this?
- How do I want to feel?
- What can I do today that will insure success?
